These terms govern your use of https://ktistis.com and of the social media accounts and services run by Kallos Labs LLC, operating as Ktistis Labs ("Ktistis Labs", "we", "us").

1. Using this website

You may browse this website for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or scrape it.

2. Our social media accounts

  • Some of our accounts are digital creators made with artificial intelligence. They are labeled as AI and do not represent real people.
  • We publish only through the official Facebook and Instagram APIs, and we follow the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards.
  • Replies to comments may be written with the help of software. A person reviews replies when a comment needs it.
  • Nothing we post is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

3. Connecting an account

Only accounts we own, or accounts whose owners have agreed with us in writing, are connected to our publishing service. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorized to manage it. You can disconnect it at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Ktistis Labs name, logos, website content and the characters we create belong to Ktistis Labs. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The website and our content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, or for the decisions, outages or enforcement actions of social media platforms.
